A story of 25 years of giving began with benevolent efforts 25 years ago under the name of the Dar Kulaib Charitable Fund, which was established in 1993 and its board of trustees was headed by Haj Ashour Habib Kazem until the first session after the transformation into an association in the year 2010 AD and continued to serve the people of the village of Dar Kulaib in various charitable and social programs and activities headed by Hajj Makki Abdul Hassan Thamer until the third session for the years 2016-2017 AD, and it is still a rich giving over 25 years of giving to all the people of the village headed by Haji Abdul Hadi Sultan since the fourth session and now it is completing the march in the fifth session 2019-2020 AD.
